Ownership Statement

1. Company Identity

Briskbase Technologies ("Briskbase") is a privately held technology company with operations in Pakistan and Oman. We develop, own, and operate business software products and deliver technology engineering services. Our registered commercial presence covers both Pakistan and the Sultanate of Oman.

2. Products Owned and Operated by Briskbase

The following software products are wholly owned and operated by Briskbase Technologies. Online payments for these products are processed through Briskbase Bridge, our proprietary payment gateway platform:

In addition, Briskbase owns and operates Briskbase Bridge, a payment gateway bridge platform used to process online payments for the above products and offered as a platform service to third-party merchants.

As Briskbase develops and launches new products, they become part of our owned product portfolio from the date of their commercial release.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created by Briskbase Technologies is the exclusive property of Briskbase Technologies. This includes:

• The source code, algorithms, and architecture of all Briskbase products and the Briskbase Bridge platform.
• The "Briskbase", "GulfPOS", "Eventobey", "Sufra360", "Briskbase Bridge" names, logos, and trademarks.
• Product designs, user interfaces, documentation, and marketing materials.
• APIs, webhooks, and integration specifications published by Briskbase.

No part of these assets may be reproduced, distributed, licensed, sub-licensed, or used in derivative works without prior written consent from Briskbase Technologies. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

4. Client and Commissioned Work

Custom software, designs, and systems developed by Briskbase for external clients under a paid engagement transfer to the client upon full payment of all invoices, as stipulated in each individual project contract. Work featured on briskbase.com as portfolio references is displayed with client permission and remains the intellectual property of the respective client. Briskbase retains no ongoing rights to client-specific work after final delivery.

5. Payment Infrastructure Ownership

Briskbase Bridge is owned and operated by Briskbase Technologies. It connects to licensed third-party payment processors to execute card and wallet transactions. Currently, Briskbase Bridge routes payments through Safepay (DBANK Inc.), a licensed payment service provider in Pakistan. Safepay's platform, licences, and operations remain entirely the property of DBANK Inc. and are independent of Briskbase. Briskbase does not own, operate, or take responsibility for Safepay's systems or licences.

6. Merchant and Customer Data Ownership

Businesses and merchants using Briskbase products retain full ownership of their own business data, customer records, and transaction history generated through their use of our products. Briskbase processes this data solely in the capacity of a service provider operating on behalf of each account holder. We do not claim ownership over, sell, or commercially exploit merchant or customer data. Upon termination of a product subscription, account data can be exported by the merchant upon request before account closure.

7. Third-Party Services

Briskbase products integrate with third-party services including payment processors, cloud hosting providers, and communication tools. These services and their platforms remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their own terms and conditions. Briskbase does not claim ownership over any third-party service, platform, or data.
