Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance

By accessing briskbase.com, subscribing to any Briskbase Technologies ("Briskbase", "we", "our", "us") product, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

2. Products and Services Covered

These Terms govern all interactions with Briskbase and its products. Payments for subscriptions and services are processed through Briskbase Bridge, our payment gateway platform. The products currently available are:

As Briskbase launches new products, they are automatically covered by these Terms from the date they become available for purchase. Product-specific terms or limits, where they differ from these Terms, will be stated on the relevant product page.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Where a Briskbase product is offered on a subscription basis:

• Subscriptions are billed on the cycle stated at the time of purchase (monthly or annual).
• Payments are processed through Briskbase Bridge, which routes transactions to our licensed payment processor partner (currently Safepay, operated by DBANK Inc.).
• You authorise us to charge the payment method on file for each billing cycle until the subscription is cancelled.
• All prices are stated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise indicated, and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.

For one-time purchases, payment is due in full at the time of order. Access to the product or service is granted upon payment confirmation.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website and products only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• Use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose, including money laundering or the sale of prohibited goods.
• Attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or exploit any security feature of our products or payment processing infrastructure.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorised third parties or allow multiple businesses to use a single account.
• Use our products in a way that could damage our systems, reputation, or the interests of other customers.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form, booking, or payment.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at sales@briskbase.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy is detailed separately at briskbase.com/cancellation-policy. That policy forms part of these Terms. By subscribing to or purchasing any Briskbase product, you acknowledge and accept the cancellation and refund terms stated there.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, trademarks, product names, and materials comprising Briskbase products and this website are the exclusive property of Briskbase Technologies. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to copy, distribute, modify, or resell any part of our products or intellectual property. Client work displayed on our website as portfolio references is shown with client permission and remains the property of the respective clients.

8. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability for all products but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, updates, third-party infrastructure outages (including payment processor downtime), or events outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for losses caused by such interruptions beyond the pro-rated value of any unused subscription period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Pakistan, Briskbase's total liability for any claim arising from use of our products or services is limited to the amount you paid to Briskbase in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, business revenue, or goodwill, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in our Cancellation Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any product immediately and without prior notice if we have reason to believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or our systems. In non-breach terminations, we will provide 30 days' written notice.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issue informally before pursuing formal proceedings.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated date and, for material changes, notify subscribed users via email. Continued use of our products after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
